I need help getting out from under payday loans

I currently have 4 PDLs:
Cash Transfer Centers: $693.00
MTE Financial: $300.00 but they have already taken out $360.00.
Fox Enterprises: 200.00
SSM Payday Loan: 200.00
My main problem is that Cash Transfer centres wants the whole 693.00 by next week or they will call my work about taking it out of my pay. I can pay them half and then half in another week but they don't want to here that and I can't have them calling me at work.
As for the others, I want to work out a payment plan. I have closed my account so they can't take anything else out but I don't know how to go about working out payment plans since most of them don't want to hear that.
I'm drowning in these things can someone please help?
