I need help in getting out of these payday loans in Colorado. I'm in so far that I can't pay my bills

I put myself in a bad situation. Stupid actually. I wanted to get rid of my IRS bill and I borrowed a payday loan, well the next thing I knew I had 3 of them. I now owe $1,900.00 and I don't know how to get out of this. I make decent money but I have to pay my rent, car payment and utilities as well. I don't know what to do. I am ready to scream. What can I do????
