I need help to break the payday loan cycle. It's ruined my credit and I am to the point where hlf of my family income is going to these companies.

Speedy Cash 575 I pay the toll over fee and so far I've paid almost $3,000 in roll over fees

Check City 500 and I pay 75 roll over fee every two weeks

Money Tree........same as a bove

Ace Cash express.......same

I live in Colorado and I regestered I believe with your site yesterday. It's hard to remember since I've been trying wherever I can to find an answer. I finally had to stop before I get even more depressed

b, I know this is frustrating for you. Do you have the thread in the debt consolidation and settlement fourm...if so, you were answered on there as well...

Thank you for posting your companies and how much you borrowed, are all of these storefront? If not which are storefront and which are internet. IF they are storefront, are they current or have you defaulted? I am going to post your state laws on this thread so you and the other members can see them just select your state),

Please provide the answers to my questions so we can help you. Your answers will help us determine how to best help you.

b, I'm not seeing your information listed on the other thread either. Have you listed out the names of your storefronts? Have you defaulted on them or are they in good standing? Please let us know the names and if you have defaulted. We can check to see if they are members of the CFSA.

I'm showing Speedy Cash, Check City, and the Money Tree as being members of the CFSA. I didn't see Ace Cash Express (unless they are using a different name). So three of the storefronts are members of the CFSA. What this means is that you can go into the storefront at least one business day BEFORE your loan is due. Tell them that you need to invoke the EPP (extended payment plan). You can sign an amendment to your loan documents which will break your loan down into 4 equal payments coinciding with your paydates. No added charges or fees will be incurred and all collection activity will stop if you are making the payments. So, if you can do this, it would work to your advantage. You can have these paid off in payments until they are pif and then you will be done with them.
