how do I get out of the payday trap?!!!!!!!!!

bucksoldhen Welcome to the fourm. Many of us here have been in your situation. If you could tell us what state you are in, which companies you borrowed from , how much you borrowed from each and the total of how much you have paid back to each...we can begin to help you. Also, when you open your new account, many members recommend opening a new account at a different bank. Even though you closed your account, please read this thread...there is some really good information in it and there are things that you are going to want to check with your bank about regarding your account that is closed.

im using oakview law. they will start making contact with the pdl after i make my first small payment on the 14th. that will be 2 weeks after the first one went sour should i wait? or should i go ahead and let my employer know what is going on and that the oakview law will take over dealing with the companies on the 14th

weaselgirl, you know what? Just to cover your butt, if you feel comfortable, take copies of the letters to your employer. This way, they will have them on file if the pdls try to get sneaky and go around the company handling your pdls. You will have your bases covered. Just my opinion. I just figure better safe than sorry!
