Payday loans in ORegon

I need help, I have 6 payday loans all internet. I am drowning here and don't know how to stop. I can't have phone calls at work and if they start calling me I could end up losing my job. THese are the companies I have loans with
Astro Lending 300
Big LTD 250
Total lending 300
US fast cash 300
cash banc 400
mycashnow 550.
all these loans were taken out from October to December, so I have been paying 90 dollars fees on most all of them since that time. Any help on how to get out of these would be greatly appreciated
