I signed up as a community member just to find out how to get in touch with these people, since I didn't even have a phone number. I was looking for the e-mail communication from them, but I never got it.

I have other debt issues, but I need to get hold of this one first. I am off work due to shoulder surgery, which is how I seem to be getting into a mess. I'm basically only working 16 hrs. a week, waiting for determinaton of SSDI, which is due about the end of March. I have been disabled since 2005.
Most times, I can't even make the 16 hours a week, but I've been blessed with a good and understanding boss.
