Yourcashbank $200 ~ paid at least $600
Ezpaydaycash $200 ~ nothing yet ~starts on 3/14
Rapidcash4u $300 ~ paid $90 so far
Total Lending $300 ~ nothing yet ~ starts on 3/14

I have just been letting them rollover

I was reading some info on here and it says its Prohibited in Maryland

I got in way over my head. Taking one out to cover another bill that I couldn’t pay because I was paying the PDL .. UGH … I would like to pay them off, I just want them to stop deducting from my checking account.

I need help

I want to stay with my bank, and Im sure I can get a new account, Im with BOA, just need a little advice.

Thanks a lot in advance.

arbenton, pdls are PROHIBITED in your state, okay? Roxy posted the state pdl law so that you can see this. As for your internet pdls:

Your Cash Bank borrowed 200/paid 600/OVERPAID 400
EZPayDay borrowed 200/paid 0/owe 200
RapidCash borrowed 300/paid 90/owe 210
Total Lending borrowed 300/paid 0/owe 300

You need to close your bank account. You can refer to the thread roxy posted for you on information regarding that. Be sure that if you do close your bank account, that will NOT be "forced open" due to pending pdls debits, okay? If you can not be sure of this, then put a HARD DEBIT BLOCK on that account. Nothing will go through. Go to a different bank and open a new account so you will have a "working" bank account. This is the important first step in getting back in control. You have been letting them rollover and they have been bleeding you dry and they are illegal. So, your first step is to get that bank account taken care of. Get that done ASAP since the debits are due to hit on the 14th. Do this part first, then we can move on to sending the pdls letters stating that you will pay the principle amount only, revoke debit authorization, etc. We can do that together. However, you need to get rid of this account that the pdls have information on or they will NEVER stop debiting, as you have found by paying 600 on a 200 loan. Please post any questions. We can help you with this.
