Hello, It's been awhile, but I'm back. Just received a response from my local MO AG regarding Cash2day4u. They emailed them and they emailed back to the investigator. Here is part of the response they sent regarding my complaint. They (cashtodaylimited) are giving me the chance to settle for the original amount of the loan of $200 and will agree to take installment payments. They also state that they have repeatedly called me with no response and emailed me with no response. They are upset that I froze my bank account without their knowledge and are calling me a liar that I state I have paid what I have. I did call the investigator with the state and of course she was gone for the day. Of course I am not going to settle and send them more money...any suggestions ?

Keep up your fight...I would defintely get ahold of that investigator and talk to them directly on the telephone as this may be more effective than an email.

Emails in my opinion are not as effective as a personal phone call or even a personal visit. Good luck and I am sure that the investigator will call you back when they are back in there office but if not continue to call them.
