hello,ok this is one of my problems (chase)it is a charge off account, i want to pay them.is it true they can remove the charge off in exchange for payment and mark it closed and paid has agreed.i am feeling really depressed i need to raise my credit score.if anyone here was able to have this done on there credit report please let me know there is hope...

I'm told that this is do-able. You'll need to negotiate this with the creditor. Two things to consider...
1 - Get everything in writing.
2 - Be prepared to pay the full balance, or something very close to it.
