I need advice if I should pay Oak View or on my own.....

I live in New Jersey and I have at this time 9 payday loans, they are as follows:

VC Funding-$300 renewed loan but paid on previous loan $910 and on the one before that I paid about $800 on this one I have paid $360.
B&L Marketing-$300 same as above.
Impact Cash-$300 paid them $450
Loan Shop/Viking(North Ventures)-$300 had a loan for 6 months and paid $1170 but when I called they paid this one off only if I would renew-now I have paid $900.
Magnum Cash Advance-I do not know how much I have paid them but my original loan was $1200. payments were $437 X 4 but you can get an extension after 3 payments rolling you back into payments. I was paying $583. X4 but had to keep getting an extension-this is how I got so many loans because I could not get out of this one. I think I have paid them a total of $5716 and all together have borrowed $4200. They say I still owe them $700 almost $800.00
Interim Cash LTD-$200 paid almost $1200 cannot get a hold of anyone to pay this loan off.
Paycheck Today-$300 original loan paid $910-renewed a loan for $500 paid $150.
Payday Loan Yes-$300-paid $360
SJM Marketing/Platinum B Services-$250 paid $675

I have closed my checking account and did this before the next payments were due. I just need advice if I should try to deal with these on my own or get Oak View Law Group to help me? Since my state prohibits payday loans what can I do. I want out of this mess, I make good money but have bad credit from my past due to filing bankruptcy so I turned to these payday loans when my son started college and we could not qualify for any help, I owe the IRS now $3000 and if I am paying these payday loans I will be in trouble with the bigger guy and that is Uncle Sam. I just don't trust anyone at this point when they say they can help me out for a small fee-Please Advise. Very scared in NJ


The god news is , pay day loans are not legal in your state.

Ut looks like you are DONE paying your loans. You are onlt morally obligated to pay back what you borrowed. It looks like you did this.Please close your account asap so they can not take out another cent.

Do I have to fill out a complaint for each one of the lenders? I sent each payday lender a revoke authorization to withdrawal from my checking. Closed account and opened a new account with branch manager. Is my next step to send the payday lenders a letter asking for debt validation or wait for collections? I set up with 3 lenders to send them payments this week. 1 for 3/21 and 3 on 4/4. One said I was paid in full and 2 I have not heard from. I just don't want to fork out anymore and do not want to pay someone to do something I could do. I can handle the collection calls I just want to know my next steps.

You have way overpaid on these loans. You owe nothing to anyone. Please do not send them another cent and be sure they do not have access to your account. let us know if you need a letter to send out. One of our members has a great letter that you can use . You just need to fix it to fit your needs.

I did make arrangements with them prior to finding this site. But I am not paying anymore money out. THis week will be the first paycheck I have to actually pay down some of my legitimate credit cards, truck, have food, you name it. Let them come after me they are crooks. Thanks so much for all of your advise and support. It is great to not be alone, I still cannot believe I didn't stop this a year ago. I would be well out of debt. whoever put this site together gets an AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA+++++++++++++++++++++++
