Hi all,

First of all, wanted to apologize for not being on the boards for so long. I am starting a new job next week and things have been really crazy for me, but starting to cool off (for now!).

Anyway, Saturday I received a response from the NYS AG regarding my loan with Oneclick (after filing in July!). Oneclick has written off my loan as PIF! I can't believe it, that makes TWO MTE companies (the first being ameriloan) that have not only responded to the AG, but have actually cooperated. Could I be dreaming??

I'm so loving the NYS AG right now!

WAY TO GO,THE FIRST OF MANY AG MAILS YOU WILL BE GETTING.HOORAY. :D :D :D :D 8) 8) 8)

Jen. . if you don't mind telling me, when you filed your complaint with the AG, how did you do it? I filed something via the website and I did get a general response but I am not sure if I should be doing something else as well. I see that you filed way back in July and I am assuming this is the first you heard back. Could you confirm that for me? Thanks a bunch.

Llw, the first I heard back from them was about 2 weeks after I sent my letters. They requested more documentation. Then, I sent that stuff to them and they sent me another letter stating something along the lines of "we will attempt to communicated with the company to bring about a resolution." All these months past and I heart NOTHING, not even from MTE not ONE CALL. I had kind of forgotten about it to be hones, and then out of the blue, I received this letter. The same situation happened with an ameriloan loan I had. Good luck to u and let me know if you need any more info.

Llw, when I filed my complaints, I did it all through fax. I went to the AG's website, printed out the complaint form and then faxed it.

When you received your response from the AG, did they indicate that they would mediate on your behalf or they just said they would keep the info in their files? If that's the case, then definitley refile.

Jen. . I believe they were filing it for future info. I did use the complaint form on the website but it looks like I should do it again. I have sent a communication into the AG's office asking how to go about having intervention but that was just yesterday so I am not expecting anything quite yet. Thanks for your help.
