Write that as per your conversation on such and such date and time, with Mr so and so, they they agree that by settling this for xx dollars, no other charges will be made or something to that effect. someone else may come along who has done this and can give you some pointers..
What type of Company are you dealing with, and are you making payments or just a flat settlement amount?..karen
