I received a call today from a company in Georgia called State something with a P Services. Telling me that by having three outstanding payday loans I was in violation of Georgia Laws unless I pay up in full.
I was able to get a number from 1-888-724-4111. I am just wondering if this company is legit.

Curvy, The Company is Predisposition Services. They are really ugly. Do you have any outstanding pdl's? If you type in the company name in the search box at the top right corner of the page, you can read what other members have said about them. I would get their address and send them a letter requesting validation of your debt. Also if you post what state you are in we can look up your state laws for you so you know where you stand. If you need help with the letter just post and someone will help you.

Thanks I'm from Mass. I have three outstanding pdls out right all for $200 each. The person on the phone told me that I owe $1300 dollars to get rid of them.

Curvy, How nice of them to loose your information. If you are approached again by anyone cliaming to be a 3rd party collector on your pdls, I would ask for their mailing address. Then I would fax, email and mail, certified return receipt a letter requesting validation of the debt. I will post a link to a good sample letter for you. I actually would send Predisposition Services a letter just to be on the safe side. Here is the link

Curly, We always advocate paying back what you borrowed. Try going back through your bank records to determine how much you paid. If there is a difference between what you borrowed and what you paid, you owe the remainder. You are no longer paying any of them? Did you close your bank account? Here is the address for Predispopsition Services, I would still send them a letter.

Of course they would say that...they can not continue to debit and bleed you dry without your account information. :D Whatever you decide about repayment, do not give them your new account information. Pay them via money order or some other way that is not linked to your bank account.

You can do it as you have the money. The necessities come first, car, home, utilities, groceries. YOu can send them money as you get it. You tried to work out payments with them and they refused. Well if they want their money that badly they would have coopertated. According to them you will owe them waaaaaayyyy more than you borrowed but that is a bunch of crap. I have never heard of a pdl sending back any payment a member has made toward their balance.

I am in PA and keep getting phone calls from this company. I filed with the FTC and FCC. They won't tell me who they are and I won't give away information. Today the call was a different name with #404. Yesterday was Victoria, #402
