I have loans with:
YourCashBank
EZPayDayCash
RapidCashForYou
TotalLending
I could pay them all off if I had about 6 months to do so, I only have 1000 in principal loans.
I guess Im just trying to get a game plan together, the less stress the better. Im sure one of them will work with me because when I switched jobs, they let me slide without taking the payment out for 2 pay periods.
Any advice would be great.
Im in Maryland.
thanks

The CFSA only relates to store fronts. Being that PDL's are illegal in your state I am assuming that your loans are all internet. They will have nothing to do with the CFSA.

Being that these are illegal in your state , you are only morally obligated to repay the principle amount borrowed. Has your checking account been closed yet?

Not yet, I just called the bank yesterday to verify if they force accounts open and they said no they dont, once an account is closed then thats that.
I am working on getting plan together, I already have budgeted for the loans to come out for this pay period 3/14/08 . So next week I will close my account. I have to calculated in this because my husbands paycheck goes in on Thursdays and if we dont get the info to his payroll quickly enough it wont go through. I will probably just open another account do a hard debit block on the old one so we can take his paycheck and put it into the new account.
Anyways, im trying to find the best way to deal with the PDL's since I dont want them calling my job 20 times a day or my references LOL
