Hi Kash. . .actually UFC is part of MNE, not MTE. There are 3 different governing bodies on that reservation and each has different PDLs under their umbrella. After I received and email from MTE stating that they had no connection to UFC and ameriloan, it was researched and goudah was able to compile a list of who belongs to who. Turns out that MTE doesn't deal with UFC and Ameriloan, MNE does. If you google Native American Reservations in Oklahoma, it provides some interesting reading. Oh a tangled web we weave. . . . .have a great 4th of July! I'm off later today to the parade, the festivities and then the fireworks! Isn't it great living in the good ole USA?

I have been reading and compiling a list about USFastcash..I have read they are part of MTEFinancial dba Reo Resources, and on another page someone said they are MNEfinancial, operating off of the same reservation..I am sending them a c&d mail, but I also want to file complants with everyone, but what do I say, I really want to send a massage to Intercept EFT..I just want to convay the right massage to them..I have read the C&D from the state of OK..Any amunation I can have is good..Thanks..

I believe both MTE and MTE are operating under sovereign immunity. Basically they are going to send you the same response when challenging them. Just send USFASTCASH the C&D letter via email, fax, or USPS. Please ensure you state they are not licensed in your state and include your state information in your proposal letter. As far for the C&D they have to honor it IF they are calling you at work and harassing you. Otherwise the OC can contact you at home + references.

You can read HERE for more info on getting the ACH processor involved.

There might be some samples in there. Basically explain to them that you have revoked ACH authorization with each of these companies, which you should have done with the proposal letters. I believe they will ask for the compnay name and ID number off you bank statement.
