I got an email today after I have sent 2 faxes already stating I hereby inform you that I revoke your authorization and/or any of your affiliates to electronically withdrawal anymore money from my checking account and any other account you think you may have access to effective immediately. I have informed my bank of same. (Closed the account)Please contact me and only me to discuss further.(I have paid over $1800 for a $200-the payment used to be $60 every other week and then they dropped it to $35 every two weeks. Could never get a hold of anyone. This is what they sent me via email:

Unfortunately your recent payment of $35 made on the 03/07/2008 has been returned by your bank (reason: Account Closed)

It is of course possible that there has been some administrative error and if this is the case, we would urge you to contact us and your bank to clarify the situation. The bank account from which we attempted to debit the funds was the same account into which we placed the loan initially.

If there has been some administrative error or you wish to discuss this situation, then please call us on

I need some good advise to go back at this@###@

blueyes, What you are experiencing is not uncommon. Many times the pdls ignore what we send, fax or e-mail. My response would be to e-mail them back and tell them that you faxed them and the dates, what was said and attach or copy and paste exactly what you sent. Each time they do this, send the same thing.

blueyes,do you have AOL.if so send your email from there.when you do you will see and box on the bottom of your screen.the words return receipt should be there.click that box.basically it's like certified e-mail,they will get a message box before they open it.thus you will get a message telling you the e-mail was opened.i don't know if yahoo has this feature, but i know AOL does.

llw, can i have the email address that was sent to you? I would like to send them an email myself instead of faxing all the time...I am lazy and rather sit at my desk and do the honors... I have so overpaid these yahoo's....

thanks..

blueyes. . .I don't have any PDL's with Interim Cash or I would give you an address. Did you get any type of confirmation of your loan, or any payment reminders? That is where I got most of my email addresses. It will probably be a customerservice@ address, or a support@address, or even a compliance@address. I send my emails to all three address. You could try these steps to find the correct way to go. Good luck with this.
