Has anyone filed multiple complaints with their state agencies? I was just wondering because I have quite a few and was wondering how they look upon this even if that matters, but I can only fill one form out for each company (i live in NJ) and should I address my letter stating to them I have got trapped into a payday loan cycle and have clearly paid way over what I borrowed. Any insight, would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I filled out multiple complaints. One for each loan. I was referred to the Department of Finance and Banking for my state (Florida) by the AG. I filled out an individual complaint for each loan with the Div. of Finanace. I also filled 0ut individual complaints with the BBB for each loan. Yes, it was a lot of typing, emailing and envelope stuffing but I think it was time very well spent.
Its only been 2 weeks, so no, I haven't seen any results yet....
Its only been 2 weeks, so no, I haven't seen any results yet.... but from reading a lot in this forum it certainly doesn't hurt, and in some cases the letters work and the BBB has been able to resolve and settle problems with some of these PDLs
