Confused
Date: Wed, 03/12/2008 - 20:17
on12/14 ameriloan deposited $200.00. since then they have made the following debits from my acct:
1/10 $30.00
1/10 $60.00
2/7 $60.00
3/7 $60.00.
on 12/17 Paydayloanyes deposited $350.00. since then they have charged:
12/24 $105.00
1/10 $105.00
1/25 $105.00
2/8 $105.00
2/25 $105.00
3/10 $105.00.
on 1/08 united cash loans deposited $300.00. since then I've paid:
1/30 $90.00
2/30 $90.00
2/27 $90.00.
In addition to these charges I have had to pay over $800.00 because these companies debited my acct on a different date then the one we agreed to and I was charged $35.00 by the bank each time. Is there any way to get through this?...I have thought about just telling my mom to say her identiy was stolen and tell them I did it so she wouldnt have to owe so much, but I have four kids ages 2-11, and have never been to jail in my life. Any advise would be most appreciated.
Thank you,
Sara
Hello Sara, I am sorry to hear about this, I know how frustratin
Hello Sara, I am sorry to hear about this, I know how frustrating and hard it can be to have so many pdl's, but you've come to the right place. There are people here who are more than willing to help you sort this all out, but first we will need a little more information. If you could, please list how much you have actually paid each pdl, I am assuming all that you listed are Internet? I see where you have listed the amounts taken out, but is that the total amount you have paid the three of these companies? Meanwhile I will post the laws for your state as soon as I locate it. Just hang in there, help is on the way, I'm sure.

Thank you so much for your help. Yes, I have listed how much I have paid each company seperately at the bottom of this post, and you correct; these were all done through the internet.
Ameriloan:loan was for $200.00. have paid $210.00. they usually deduct about $60 every 10th of month for extention unless I contact them in writing 3 days before to pay off the amout of $260.00 in full.
Paydayloanyes: Loan was for $350.00. I have paid $630.00 so far and they deduct $105.00 for extention when they want.(was suposed to be on moms payday wich is 10 and 25th of mo.)and according to them I must pay the amount of $480.00 in full to be over them.
United cash loans: loan was for $300.00. I have paid them $270.00.
I had contacted Bank of America on two seperate occasions asking how I could stop these transactions from occuring but they said they couldnt. I am guessing that the reason for this was because they really enjoyed charging the overdraft fees, but I was reading some other posts that said they could have. Is that only in states other then Ca?
The first thing you need to do is close your account and be sure
The first thing you need to do is close your account and be sure that it will not be forced back open. I can tell you that United cash loans is part of the MTE family and very illegal. It looks like you have way overpaid Paydayloans yes. I will post something for you to read before you close your account. It is the only way to get these companies to stop debiting your account
What next?
Thank you so much for your help. My mom went into the bank on the 10th and closed her acct after realizing that she only had $100.00 left of her $800.00 paycheck. I can only pray that they dont reopen it, I think they should have already paid themselves.
Anyways,...You say these companies are doing business illegaly? if so, is there something that can be done to stop this from happing to others?. What should I do next?
