You can certainly file a complaint with the FTC or your state AG. BBB might be an option, too, but I dunno how much good it'd do. What happened?

they have something on report that i have disputed with them 3 times, and they keep sending it back and verified, now when I call the company they say they have no record of me, so when i called today i asked them for the number and address where they are getting this "verification" from, when I called i got the same response, i just dont know what to do!!
If this is a valid debt then how would I pay it??

Try demanding validation from the creditor in question. If they won't/can't validate, send that to the CB and demand removal.
Alternatively... If you're absolutely certain it's not your debt or that it should have fallen off already, send an intent to sue letter to both the CB and the creditor. Problem with this approach, though, is that it can escalate the situation.
Hey, just giving a little back. Best of luck to you.

Hey guest
Do not accept any stupid letter from the CA as a proof of validation. They must provide the given below info as validation:
amount of the debt
the name of the original creditor
your total payment record with the original creditor
the proof that they are actually being authorized to collect
the proof that they are licensed to collect on your state
the agreement with the creditor where you have agreed to pay the amount if it went to collections
the total calculation of the amount that they are claiming from you
BTW I simply love unclewulf's four No's of dealing with collectors.
