Hello All,

I called Cashnet USA and asked them to discontinue debits to my account and told them that I'd like to make money gram payments or mail payments instead. The Rep said that they will not stop the debits because the account is still open. Has anyone else had this problem?

Take the advise and close your account. It will be a pain but I have been dealing with these folks now for 2 weeks after I closed my account and they are not budging much on payments at all.

guest, is there a reason you do not want to close your account? As volley posted, CashNet will be licensed/legal, so you will need to work out payment arrangments with them. However, as they stated to you, they will continue to debit as long as the account is open/active. If the account is not open/active, they can not debit, so they will have to take some other form of payment from you. I'm going to post your state pdl law for you. I didn't see it posted.
