north, these guys are so full of it, it's amazing. Yeah, yeah, yeah.... it's in "final collection status". Ummm... and they're going to do what? An unlicensed/illegal pdl. Hmmmm.... are they going to take legal action against you? Nope. And it is amazing how they decide what your balance is. Just amazing. Hell, I overpaid the idiots and they still wanted a few hundred bucks from me to "consider it paid in full". Oh, okay........ They are nuts!

I too have a loan out with UsFastCash and I was working on through the BBB. However, the BBB feels that they have made a good faith offer so I am on my own now. Their final "offer" was an additional $140 on a $300 loan when I have already paid $270. I pretty much told them where they could go and what they could do with their offer once they got there. I did get a response to my last email stating that they were forwarding it on to the compliance department. I sent them my C and D letter early on in February so I don't know if they even tried to debit my closed account for March 1st. So once again, it's a wait and see game. Personally, I'm getting tired of playing games with them. I too have made a good faith offer in that I am willing to pay the additonal $30 to clear the account and repay what they deposited into my bank account. Take it or leave it is my motto. Good luck and keep us posted as many of us are or have dealt with them in the past.

okay,first let the BBB know that usfastcash is unlicensed therefore illegal.you are only obligated to repay the principal borrowed.one of you it looked like 120.00.another it looked like 130.00.that is all you are obligated to pay back.file AG complaints if you have not already.

There was no mention of any resolution except that they would keep it in the files as a reference. I've paid $270 on a $300 loan so $30 is all I am willing to pay them to clear the account.

paul. . .I filed on both UsFastCash and ameriloan. Ameriloan came back from the BBB pretty straight forward and I settled with them, no problem. Only paid what I agreed to. But these guys are yahoos. I just sent them another email addressing the fact that I have made several attempts to settle this loan and they keep dragging their feet. I also referenced the fact that getting funds to them is near impossible as they are d/b/a at several different states and addresses. I want them to give me the address that THEY want the money sent to so I have documentation in their own language. These people don't scare me one bit. . .it's just that I am sick and tired of their cat and mouse games. In the words of my dearly departed grandmother. . .s**t or get off the pot! They need to move on to a less stressful adventure. . . preferably one that is legal.

Star Advance accepts my emails but doesn't respond to them. Since I am at least having some sort of diaglogue from UsFastCash, I will keep after them. As for the other three. . .I will just wait until I hear from them, which hopefully will be never.

I do live my life with the philosophy of "one day at a time". It is strange though, that some people hear from them and some people don't. I said this before and I believe it that there is no rhyme or reason to what they do. I think it depends on what kind of a day they are having!

When I refused to settle on their terms, they continued sending demand draft checks (debits were blocked)to my checking account. These guys are ruthless. I finally got the checking account closed and haven't heard from them since. I'm not holding my breath though.

Only been a few days, so I shall wait and see what comes next. These people have to be pretty stupid and/or hard headed to keep this up.
