Kentucky and Illinois....

Yay for Kentucky! I can't believe some people voted against this bill! HELLO! If this were in place already, myself and thousands of others would never have been caught up in the mess! Yes! Track the number of pdls a person has! Yes, deny them if they already have pdls out! Yes, allow repayments! Yes, lower the dollar amount charged per $100 borrowed! Yes, yes, yes!! Thank you for posting this, love. Hell, I never would have seen it otherwise! I'm basically clueless as to what's going on in the world! But this is awesome. If they do this, then people (like me) won't be able to go to 5 or 6 storefronts and write checks out and never get out from under it. Thank God I did. But, hell, it sure was hard. Now, if it can't happen to begin with, people would be soooo much better off! Thanks again, love!
