nc. never been in this situation and don't know what to do...The sheriff said list all property, whatever you want to take as exempt property but when the judge sees I have a motorcycle besides a truck, are they gonna seize that and sell it, or will they just put a lien on certain things?? I've never been in this position.

If the debt is large enough (and in accordance with state law), they may put a lien on your real estate. Vehicles may be taken, but the creditor has to pay the sheriff to do so; if the vehicle will earn less at auction than the sheriff's fee, it may be safe.
