cccs, this site or BK chap 13??

I filed Bk about 3 years ago, and already debts are starting to pile up, credit cards's and medical bills mostly. Tkis was NOT my plan, to be in this position so soon after the BK, but anyway....I feel like I'm losing control and I want out before I end up like last time. I'm considering contacting CCCS. I need help with budgeting and perhaps joining the program. Or even the program on this site. Has anyone used CCCS or this site? Did it really help, did you get your debts paid off and did you learn from the experience? My credit I'm sure is already shot so right now I'm not so concerned with that. Or is it better to check into a Chapter 13? Not sure if/when you can file a Chapter 13 after having a chapter 7. Thanks Reny
