cash call
Hello...well, (from personal experience, anyway) Cash Call told me they do not work with Consolidation companies. I HATED dealing with them..I REALLY did. They don't HAVE to, by law, dealing with ANY Consolidation/Settlement companies. They say they are "not obligated to lower payments', and they are horrible to try to make arrangements with. I don't have my account with them anymore..a CA took it over. However...if you would like to know how I 'handled' it, with Cash Call, IRENE..I can PM you nad I'll be more than happy to tell you OTHER experiences with them.

I have heard some really really bad stories about them in the forums.....heard that they are even worst than the pdls....hmmm what has world come to.
cash call
Ok...REN0318......Here goes!! Cash Call is VERY difficult to work with. As you know, their % rate is very high. I recieved a loan, from them, almost 2 years ago, now. For about 3 months, I made my payments on time..sometimes paid alittle over each month. However....I wasn't seeing my 'balance dropping at all..actually I was seeing it go higher. I started having a bit of a tough time, financially. I called them to try and explain my situation. Needless to say, they could care less...they wanted 'their' money and din't care how I got it. I tried to lower my % rate and TRIED to set up new arrangements. YEAH RIGHT!!.......their 'arrangements' sounded good, until I did some calculating of my own. Their "wonderful arrangement" would put the balance of my loan even HIGHER than it was, and would RAISE my % rate....which would have been OVER 100%!! i asked them if I could 'add' their account to a Settlement Program, of some kind. They said they are "not obligated to do this." OMG!! Well....to make a lon story even longer (LOL) I stopped paying them all together. After so many months of NOT getting a payment from me, they 'sold' my account to an CA. They will use every horrible tactic they have and scare you half to death...they actually told me they can "legally put me in jail." God..what a mess. However...Cash Call is 'backed' by a bank. IF they DO sue you I BELIEVE (someone correct if I'm wrong here..) they can ONLY sue for the % that is 'designated' in the state, where you live. WHEW!! Hope this advice helps a bit. Ya kind of have to be tough' with them or they will 'walk all over you.'
