Vincent P Cignarale website down?

So I went to the site, officeofvincentcignarale.com, and found that I received an error message. The web page cannot be found or doesn't exist.
Could my prayers have been answered and another scamming "law office" has been shut down? Has anyone heard from them lately? I have been waiting for my dunning letter (or whatever it's called)for a supposed debt for 2 months now, and have yet to receive it. I even gave them my new address and everything.

My mother payed a debt for 800 dollars in nov. of 2007, which i payed back to her and supposedly it took care of everything, however, I received a call today from another 866 law firm asking me to settle the same matter, Whats up with that, the Law Office of Vincent P. Cignarale, LLC are conveniently closed, the phone number is out out service and the website won't pop up. Now the Law firm of John Nicolia are with a 866 number is trying to collect and say that they've had alot of ppl complain about already making a settlement on a debt and the company has closed without sending out an official settlement letter, how convenient right? now what am i supposed to do, i am not forking out any more money.
