Do you remember or can you go through your statements and tell us how much you borrowed from each and the total of how much you have paid back to each. We can locate the addresses and guide you. Have you done anything with your bank accout?

I reside in Michigan. I have not done anything with my bank account because I work for the bank and I have to keep an account here and if I do that they will still take the money from the new one. I will go through my bank statements and figure out how much I originally took the loan out for and how much I have paid so far. Which I know is way more than the original loan. Like $1000 more, I know this is serious.

Only problem is when they deposited the funds it was under a different name. So as soon as I get those together I will post them too and maybe you can help me figure out who is who.

Yes and even if they dont my bank said that if I close my current one when those debits come in they will reopen the account

Hevnly, Yes we can help you figure out who deposited money in your account and who debited. So, basically, your bank will not close the account and will allow the pdls to force open the account even if you do...There is no way to stop these companies unless they do not have access to your money...

So with the MI law that you posted am I still able to pursue these? And say I took the loan out for 200 and I have paid say 1500 in interest so far would I be entitlted to any refund?

Heres my stats for GFS...Loan taken 9/12/07 for $200 so far I have paid $740 in interest and this friday will make $780! And will continue until I fix it.

Stats for Interim...Loan taken around May 18 2007 for $250.00 so far have paid $980.00.

Stats for GRC...Loan taken 10/2/07 for $200 so far have paid $720.

OMG Im going through my bank statements and I have no idea where the MW_marketing came from. They started taking money out on 10/19/07 and before that date there is no loan into my account and the previous payday they did not debit anything and all the ones that did debit are accounted for on 10/19/07. Someone please help. I have paid these people $720 and I have no idea who they are or why they are debiting me.

i applied for a payday loan and next thing i know 200 was deposited into my account from mw marketing and i was suppose to pay them off on the first but instead they just keep taking out 60 how can i contact them get a phone number or something.

Run, do not walk to your bank and seek their help in revoking the ach debit authorization you provided to MW Marketing...they will not respond to emails, phone calls or faxes. The will continue to debit your acct unless you stop them.

I am having problem myself, I close my account therefore the company had no choice but to mail a statement with there phone number.

I had 3 deposits hit my account and one of them was from MW_Marketing. I had only applied for 1 and they have been taking money out for about a month. I am wondering if the bank can help find them. Also, if you believe that you did not authorize the debit you can go to the bank and tell them that you did not authorize it, they will notify MW_Marketing and one of 2 things will happen. MW will provide information showing that you did and you can have your bank get a number or they will get scared and stop the debits.

About 3 months ago I applied for a pay day loan on the internet. Recieved a call from 3 different venders on of which was MW_Marketing. I ended up going with the MW_Marketing along with another company stating that I need $500 at the time and they would only allow $250 for first time loans. The information the rep at MW_Marketing gave me was invaild and when I tried to call them to make arrangements to pay off the balance I was unable contact them. At that point and time I started freaking out. I checked online at yellowpages.com to find a correct phone # or something on this company. The companies under that name had no clue of what I was talking about and stated to me that that were not that company. I then found this website where numberous other people have had this problem with the same company. I called my bank to explain the situation. The rep told me allow them to take what I felt I owed and then file a stop payment. I just filed my stop payment but I was also told by my bank that companies like this have loop hole around the stop payment on an ACH withdraw and there for if they pull anymore money out of my account after that the only other solution is to close my account and re-open another one.

It is very frustrating to have to deal with something like this but I have learned to check more into the company before setting up a direct withdraw from a pay day loan company online. I wish for the best for anyone who is having to go through this and I will inform you of any other information as soon as I know something. These people need to be stoped though!!!

hi, I'm going throw this scary but reality mess too, I borrowed 250.00 they already took out there money, including there interest, but now i have notice withdrawls (debits) 60. dollars being removed monthly so far its being removed from a place called, GRC FUNDING so far they got me for 120. and i am scared to every here that its not gonna stop there.... this has just took place my loan was paid back on 31 of june 300. I'm located in california, what are my options,,,,, pls help, and pls. ignore the screen name,,, because GRC just broke me : (

I think you have overpaid GFS by 580. You might want to check my math.
