What does SDS stand for. Superior debt service?

I'm sending this again, I think I posted in wrong place. Their title is SDS West, the superior debt settlement solution. Member of the association of debt settlement companies.

I just went through their plan the bottom line is you bank money until you have enough on hand for them to make an offer to the Credit Card Co. You will continue to be charged late fees and penalties until the account is settled. and by the time you are finsihed you may not save that much compared to what you originally owed but you will be out of debt in 2-4 yrs which you will never be by making your payments to the credit card companies.One word of advice they tend to get a little lax so monitor your progress, and keep in contact to nudge them now and then.

SDS West has an F rating with the BBB.

I have been on the program for 14 months and have settled 2 accounts

My Father Is currently fighting them over $13,000 that was paid to them and never made it to the bank. He is currently fighting off forclosure because of this. The bank continued high intrest charges and late fees piled up. SDS said they worked with them and the money was paid to wells fargo while there is no rechord of it. BAD IDEA STAY AWAY FROM SDS WEST!!
