A lot of people on this board have brought up the subject of how to get a new "used" car while dealing with debt. I know of a really reputable company that deals specifically with those with low credit scores or debt. They're called JD Byrider and if you fill out a form on their site, they contact you immediately. All you need to do is bring a recent paystub and proof of auto insurance to one of their auto lots and they will work with you to try and get you one of their cars. Their cars are backed by a warranty and are inspected. I am in the process of contacting them and I think they are an excellent way to try and acquire a vehicle when living with debt!

Don't forget to check the Vehicle History Report before you decide to buy a used car. Sometimes major technical problems are not disclosed to the buyer and it costs much afterwards.

Always check the report of the car, it covers legal aspects also. Vehicle History Report is available on the basis of VI#.
