Hopefully things will go good for you now that the bank accounts are being taken care of. PDL's are prohibited in my State, as well. I would warn you though, even if the PDL's can't do anything, that first time they can't get into your account, they'll start calling and e-mailing you. If they do, you can get a lot of good advice here (I sure did!); also, if you have some sort of financial regulatory agency in your State government, it might be a good idea to contact them. I live in MD and our State folks have been a big help to me. Just don't let the PDL people intimidate you! :D

Im in Maryland, I will be contacting the Commissioner on Financial Regs on Monday morning .

They are all set to come out next Friday.

You're in MD, too? I'm very happy w/ the help I've received from the Commissioners' Office. I'd also add, when the calls and e-mails start coming from the PDLs (and they will), keep a log of them, the date and time you get them, etc. Unless it's something really weird, I usually send them to the Commissioners' office once a week. (of course the person you work with might direct you to do otherwise). And as PDL's are illegal in MD, be prepared for ALL of the PDL's to tell you that they are not bound by Maryland laws! They'll tell you all kinds of foolishness, but "hang tough" and you (and I!!) will be free!
