I just wanted to say thanks to all. I just received a call from them, but didn't know who they are. So, I google the number and came accross your postings. The information you provided is very help full. Thanks a million for taking the time to do this.
Borderline Ethics - 800-265-3796
They called - had no idea exactly who they called. Looking for someone that had the same name. Basically, calling everyone at every number with the same name - nothing else (perhaps location, verified address, activities, etc.) and spam calling for an answer.
If you were someone who owed money - why would you return the call?
Their practices are borderline ethical at best.

I recently found out that attorneys had me under collection for a debt. When I called the guy who has my file told me that he could only give me a payment arrangement depending on my income. I'm able to pay $50.00 a month but he told me that was too low. Can they require a certain amount?
