One Click Cash

THe last time I spoke with the person working with was over a month of ago. She said that they would be able to get my money back etc.
I have heard nothing and she never returns my calls at all.
One Click cash calls me all the time. Leaves same message.
I have heard nothing from the others but twice from a collection agency.
Is this normal for a state to work this way.
Thanks to all.

I'm going to post your New Hampshire state pdl law. However, let me stress to you that One Click Cash is a d/b/a of MTE Financial. They are not licensed anywhere to lend in the US, okay? They are completely illegal. They can't do squat to you except harrass the crap out of you (which they are apparently doing). Have you contacted your state attorney general regarding them? I don't know who you've been speaking to; however, my state attorney general is the one who finally got them off my a$$. It took MONTHS of my AG sending letter upon letter upon letter; however, it paid off. I got a letter from them saying I was "done". How very nice of them since I had overpaid the stupid illegal people! But, like I said, I'm posting your laws - but this company is completely illegal. If you haven't already, file a complaint with your state AG. If you have any questions or need any help, just post! :D

Also, you posted you've heard from two collection agencies? Are they trying to collect on illegal pdls? If that is the case, you would need to send these collection agencies a debt validation letter. They will never be able to PROPERLY validate the debt since it's an illegal debt. If you need help with that, just let us know!
One CLick Cash
