I was wondering if anyone had contact info for either of these companies... They're old debts on my report the acct brok are from 6-7 years ago but I have 8 bills on my report from them totalling $9214.00 the other is just a $72.0 bill I want to pay up on. Don't know if I should just wait for them to come off my report or what. it's sad to look at without acct brok I would have great credit and only have $2000 in debt :(

Which state are you from? Just find out if the loans have crossed the SoL of your state or not. If it has already crossed the I think you have very little reason to worry about those old loans. The default account will get eliminated once the Sol is over and your report will again look great.

Try to get back to us with the information and also let us know the type of loans that you have with these two creditors. Meanwhile I'll search for the addresses of these creditors. So long....

the bills were from when I lived in Colorado I've since moved a couple of times and now reside in Missouri. I'm really not sure what the statue of Limitations is or which state would apply the one I reside in or the one that I occured the bills in. They are all old medical bills I believe I just got a quick credit report from one of those online credit monitors being I couldn't answer the question transunion gave me for their security stuff. This is all so frusterating I don't own any credit cards or loans and haven't for years and these are coming to haunt me. After reading around on this site I'm not even sure if I should acknowledge them being that they're so old, something about if I acknowledge them then they can reopen them as a new debt...
