DV: Resurgent or LVNV?

I got a chatty call the other day from some bimbo at Resurgent Capital Services. Under interrogation, she admitted that the account in question was bought by LVNV Funding. Claims they sent a letter, or some crap to that effect... Who knows, who cares. I'm getting a DV letter together now. It'll hit the mail in a couple of days.
Here's the question: Send the DV to Resurgent, to LVNV, or both? Reasoning?

Send it to both, that way you have the parent company covered as
