collection agencies don't sell the accounts of the consumers. When they are unable to recover the debt from the consumers, it is passed on to other agency. These agencies purchase the debt from the original creditors and keep contacting the consumers.
It is your decision to make payment to a particular agency holding your debt. But the moment you have paid the full amount, the credit report should necessarily reflect the update of your account.
If First Credit Services is holding your account, I am sure they must be having the necessary details of your accounts.
