help 14000 unsecured debt

Hello I have about 14000 unsecured debt, have a judgement against me filed maybe another one coming. I need to know should i just file bankruptcy or do the freedom debt relief program....I just really need to stop the judgments and the stress i'm going thru. Don't know if to go thru attorney. I told myself I'm done with credit ...thats why i was thinking about bankruptcy. help help please

If no other alternative is available you may consider bankruptcy. Though its certainly not the best solution and can ruin your credit report for several years but still can be considered as the only remedy against the judgments. Several judgments against you can harm your reputation gravely.
However, in most cases one is not required to pay off the unsecured loans even after getting a judgment against it. Just wait for more responses. You'll certainly get a better view of your situation.
