Yes, my husband and I are in South Carolina ans have so many of these payday loans out I can't keep afloat anymore. Is there anyone who can give me advice how to go about paying them down. Thank You!!!

df, We would be happy to help you but we need a little more information. We need to know whether they are store front or internet, which companies you borrowed from, how much you borrowed from each and the total of how much you have paid back to each. Once we have that information we can help you.

Hello dflovesdf, in order to help you we need more information. Please list the following information.
-How much you borrowed from each pdl.
-How much you have paid back, so far.
-The names of the PDL companies and whether they are store front or internet loans.

Meanwhile, I will search for your state information and post it for you.

As soon as you furnish this information, someone will be along to offer you advice. :)

they are storefront.
the companies are :
Quik Cash Borrowed 300 the payback is 345
Express Check Advance : Borrowed 400 payback 460
First Choice Cash Advance Borrowed 600 payback 690
My husband has the same amounts due. So we owe these twice.
They are all due Friday for payback and we are now between paying them or paying our rent and I need a place to live. Thank you guys so much!!!

Quik Cash is a member of the CFSA. You can invoke the EPP with them also. Remember, you have to go to the storefronts BEFORE the loans are due in order to invoke the EPP. If you wait, it's too late. You'll sign an amendment to your loan documents and they will break the loans down into 4 equal payments coinciding with your paydates until the loans are paid in full - no added fees or charges.

I have recently begun the bankruptcy route, notified all payday loan companys.....all but one has been complaincent. One has now taken me to civil court, did not off an EPP although they are a member of CFSA and did not tell me about the EPP, letter sent to them from my lawyer specifically stated they were not to contact me in anyway nor try to obtain funds from checking account. this place did both......what can I do and to whom do I need to direct this problem.
