Accept Acceptance has the wrong person...

I have been recieving calls from Accet Acceptance for about a year now and it is not because of a debt that I own since thankfully I have none but because somewhere along the line my phone numbers both work and home have been connect with a person with a very similar name to mine that lives in another state. I am constantly telling these people that they have the worng information and every (when they aren't being extremely rude) they tell me they will red flag the number that it is wrong. Every time they call I run a credit check and there are never any new accounts or addresses on any of my credit repots. But how do I get Accept Acceptance to stop calling me since they obviously have the wrong person?

You need to send them a certified letter telling them in no unce
You need to send them a certified letter telling them in no uncertain terms to cease and desist from calling you and state why. If they continue, sue them for violations of the fdcpa. Check your credit report also to make sure your were not reported by them!
