I was checking my credit reports out and Experian and Equifax were fine. When I checked my Transunion report there was a civil judgement from American Finance-they were included in my bankruptcy(chapter 7)and then under bad debts I have or that were included in my bankruptcy it shows American Finanace again with a different amount and different account #. Also there was a CA that was listed on there saying I owed a cable company that I had paid off in full, it came off of my other 2 reports not Transunions. Anyway I called the court house that has this civil judgement and told them that it was included in my bankruptcy and that they filed a judgement after I already filed bankruptcy. They gave me the number of the attorney who filed and when I spoke to him he said I know you filed bankruptcy we were sent a copy and I asked why it was filed after the fact. He said for me to talk to my attorney and get it removed from my credit report. My attorney is no longer around and I was told by the courthouse that he was the one that had to remove it since he filed it. Anyway I did file a dispute with transunion and got the CA cable bill off but they did not remove the civil judgement and never explained why. How do I get this off of my report it is false or not suppose to be there. Any advice would appreciated. Thanks

I have a personal statement on my credit report that I need to update. How do I do this?
