I am in over my head with payday loans. I am not behind on any of them but will be on my next pay date. I have stopped direct deposit of my paycheck so I can at least pay my rent. I live in AZ and not sure where to turn at this point. I need help! PLEASE!

I will compile that information and post it. I am so embarassed and feel so stupid, I haven't wanted to compile the information as it is going to be so ugly.

I have to admit that I was embarrased when I started posting in this forum, but I will be honest with you I was so relieved after reading everyones posts and getting help from everyone here. I knew that I was'nt alone and we all make mistakes and I have learned lots from this PDL mistake I made. The good thing is that my husband never found out LOL!

Excuse me I keep getting logged out but this is me Egypt...llw...I actually meant to this site, not just this thread. Good for you! I mean I can hear all those folks how have not had a nose bleed from these practices saying..."Oh no!" but once they have been scalped, they will know it is for their own good?

egypt. . . I knew what you meant. I have given them the website address in the hopes that they can see first hand just how much of this nonsense is going on in this country. With the ecomony the way is it, I would think the government would want to keep as much money as it can from the hard workers across the US. Education is the key and I think the people who come on this site are doing just that. I really do think, in my heart of hearts, that this house of cards will be a tumbling down on all of them sooner than they think. One day at a time. . .one PDL at a time.

Ok folks, this is it and it isn't pretty, I feel so incredibly dumb.

CashnetUSA - $500 - $61.77 minimum due 04/04/08
MagnumCashAdvance- $525.00 - $207.07 due 04/03/08
Paydayone - $500 - $572.80 due 04/04/08
Mycashnow - $630.00 - $218.69 due 04/03/08
AAAPaydayCash - $300.00 $293.75 due 04/17/08
Nationalcashadvance - Unsure what the dollar amount is
Arrowhead Inv - Unsure on this but they take $90 every paycheck - $90 coming out 04/03/08

And two store fronts:
Buckeye Check Smart - $500.00 - $87.50 due on 04/04/08
Southwest Check Cashing - $500 - $87.50 due on 04/04/08

Wow, it looks even worse when it is in writing. No wonder I don't sleep anymore.

Thank you for listening. Any insight or help will be greatly appreciated. I live in Arizona and I believe the two store front ones are owned by the same company. I am not 100% sure on that, but think so.

I am about in the same boat as you...some of mine are not as high, but I have a few more. You might want to tell how much you have already paid on the internet ones because I think several are not legal to even lend anywhere. If you have paid a bunch in fees you may not owe them anything...those wiser than me are gonna want to know? Or am I making a mistake and the amounts to the right of what you borrowed ae what you have already paid in fees and not what you owe the next debit?
I know bareing all is difficult...reminds me of a dream I always had as a kid about riding through the neighborhood in a little red wagon full of water with nothing on? Well, I did have a wash rag?

Egypt- thanks for the first laugh of the day! I'm glad you at least had the washrag!

The amounts to the right are the minimum that I owe on the next debit. I would have to go back and check statements to figure how much I have paid, some of them have been paid in full with finance fees, I'm sure.

Sheesh it looks bad, huh? I'm normally an intelligent woman, but looking at these I'm sure people would have to debate that.

Lions, Please do as egypt said and list how much you have paid back to each. Also,I noticed some of the pdls are scheduled to debit soon.... you are going to have to close or debit block your bank accout if you have not already done so. This will keep the pdls from getting your money. We can go from there. In Arizona, pdls have to be licensed by Arizona to do business there so we can check your internets for licensing...but your bank account is the first, most important thing. Please read this link about closing your account. There is really good information you should read before dealing with your bank. We are here if you have any questions...

pj, this list is nothing compared to others we've seen! Do not be embarrassed! Let me touch on your storefronts real quick before going to work. Both of your storefronts are members of the CFSA. This means you can go to the storefronts at LEAST one day BEFORE the loan is due (before 4/4) and invoke the EPP. What you will do is sign an amendment to your loan documents and you will be set up on a payment plan of 4 equal payments coinciding with your paydates. No addtional fees or charges will incur. Whatever your check amount is, is what you will pay. Try to do this. If you default on the loans, it's too late to invoke the EPP. It's kind of hard to get those payments. It'll hurt your wallet for a month; however, in one month those two will be GONE forever. Paid in full and done. And you never have to go back there again. No more vicious cycle of paying and rewriting! I'll be back after I get to work to look at your internets. I'm sure others will be along to help you. I just wanted to throw that in about your storefronts because they are due pretty soon.
