Big Ltd, talk about harrasment.

So BIG just rang my work number 7 times in a row!!! I have paid them half the principle I owe and plan on paying the other half when I get paid next month. Everytime I try to explain this to the guy on the phone he says "let me speak to your supervisor", I then inform him that my boss could care less about this situation and has no interest whatsoever he hangs up on me and dials the number right back. I have emailed a C&D twice. Anyone have any thoughts or suggestions??? Thanks!


truth b told,all they can do is call.explain to your boss and coworkers.don't talk to them if you can avoid them.they are in the UK not licensed anywhere.if you talk to them they will keep calling.don't talk to them,hang up and eventually they will stop.

Blow a whistle in his ear... :lol: Sorry, not nice! And you porbably would get into trouble doing that... Everytime the pdls called me, as soon as I recognized who they were, I hung up on them and then sent them a nasty e-mail. There were some who quit calling after being hung up on and some that it took a little longer to get the point across. I started with, I am not going to argue with you and then hung up and move on to hanging up as soon as I heard the voice.

Ok, thanks! I will just not talk to them at all. Just out of curiosity (because it blows my mind) what do you think they would say to a supervisorn if they got a hold of one? I can't think of any situation where a boss would be responsible for their employees debts????

you should let your boss know about that.unfortunatley they will call and speak to your boss and co-workers.highly illegal,but they don't care.
