Debt consolidation- not behind on any payments

I have a ton of credit card debt but i do make the minimum payments every month and have perfect credit history othor than my credit cards being maxed out( which lowers my score) does anyone know of any institution that gives credit consolidation loans to people in my situation who have a lot of debt but excellent payment history?
