Ok all I sent paychecktoday an email (not the famous letter) I just basically said that I fully intend to pay them off however I no longer have a bank account nor can I reopen a new one right now. So Id like to pay them by mail. About 5 minutes after I sent it I receive a call from Darin at paychecktoday. And he is super nice and understanding however he says they cannot accept anything but electronic payments...so he advises me to buy a pre-paid credit card and only put the $130 on the card that I owe them and once I get that card to call him back and he will take the payment from that card and then after that I can destroy the card and close it.

Should I do this??? Is it safe??

Doesn't it make you feel there is hope when you encounter one of these "nice" guys. I too felt that way after speaking with Tommy from Credit Protection Depot. He seemed very young and was very understanding of what kind of hell this was for me. His courtesy was welcomed and in return we were able to close the "deal" so to speak. I like to hear good things about this horrible industry.
