On the loss of friends

So very sorry about the loss of your friend."Rotten" Richard Hayes is in my prayers and my thoughts as you are wulf. You know where I am if you need to talk .

Wulf I am so sorry about your friend. May he rest in peace. It is so hard when we lose those we love and no words can take away the hurt. I too lost a very dear friend a few weeks ago-she was only 44 years old and was the kindest person I have ever known and one of my closest friends.

I am so sorry to hear about the loss of your friend, I will have him in my prayers. It is hard to loose a friend, I also lost a great friend last Sept. she was 35 and died of cancer. He will be in my prayers.

I'M REALLY SORRY ABOUT YOUR FRIEND AND HE HAD THE
SAME AGE OF MY HUSBAND.

This is a sad month, a gentleman that I work with lost his son last week and he was only 22 and a dear friend lost her father on monday also :cry:

Much of his family and many of his 'friends' have come along with hollow words, or just remained silent, despite their role in his demise. I posted here, so that someone other than myself would remember Rich, not as people say, but as he was. Thanks again.

wulf, I'm so sorry to hear that the family & friends have not been much comfort - that's hard to take in this situation.

wulf - i am relatively new to this site, but feel that you all are my friends. I am so sorry for the loss of your friend and my prayers are with you and Richard. I know God will keep him safe.

I am very sorry to hear about your recent loss. I will be praying for your friend. I haven't been on the site for about a week becuz of surgery but am recouperating just fine. I am sorry for your loss :cry:

Rotten Richard sounds like someone I would have loved to have known in real life !!!! and just said prayer.. that I will be lucky enough to meet him somewhere.... someday in another life ..or in the beyond..as most of us hope for....if you knew good in him unc..he wasn't rotten at all!(in the end)... take care!..the longer we stick around..the older we get.....the more friends and loved ones we will have to bury (and try to deal with it)..I know the fact that you are feeling this..means that he touched you in a special way that many people can spend their whole life's and never have this effect on someone ..(regardless of whether they were nicknamed "Rotten")..goodness..I have personally had two "evil" friends..who have turned out to be the biggest saints and got-my-back-forever till the end people I will ever meet..I feel sorrow in your loss..but am thinking Richard is in a better place as I ramble..take care unc!!!!

I just wanted to say you both will be in my prayers as well. I'm pretty new to the sight but I get so much peace and comfort through the friends I have made through the sight. I know that no matter the time or the issue there is someone from the sight to offer kind words!
