I have learned that i do not have to pay my debt and not have to file a BK?

i read you sometimes they settle for nothing, i found this forum to see if this was true?

the only times i hear they settle for nothing is if you way overpay,and they are unwilling to grant a refund.case in point MTE financial.

I don't know where you read ( on this forum, anyway), that you DON'T have to pay your debts off. You WILL learn ( on this forum) how to get a MUCH BETTER perspective, on how to handle them.
