Does anyone have an address for IPDL World Wide Cash and SDS Processing (I think they were once known as ASAP Loans)? Thanks for any help you can give me!

I sure will! According to the disclaimer for "SDS Processing" (and they were originally with ASAP Loans or something of that nature according to my bank account), a refund is never issued. I took a loan out of $250 and since June of '07 i have paid $1575. Very similar situation with WWC, I have paid over $1500 for a $200 loan. I never knew that you could request a refund. I thought I was basically screwed, and until I do get a refun, I very well may be. Your forum has opened my eyes and i'm so thankful that I came across your website!!!

I also have another question. I took out a loan with Mangum Cash Advance about 3 or 4 years ago, and it is now sitting on my credit report. I had changed bank accounts since then but im not sure if there is anything I can do to get it off. I think they are saying I owe around $900, and I only took out a loan for $300 at that time.

Well looks like I got a response to my letter I sent them (mind you I paid these guys over $1500 total since last June!):

Ms. Moore,

In response to your letter, regarding your loan with SDS Processing, we will no longer debit fees from your account. We will not be refunding any fees to you. We have forgiven the $250.00 loan that you have not paid. If you did not agree with the terms of the loan, you should have not taken the loan. When the loan was processed the terms of the loan, including the fee amount was explained to you by a representative of our company. In addition you received the terms in writing when upon completion of the loan processing. Again, you have not paid the $250.00 loan and no fees will be refunded to you.

Sincerely,
SDS Processing

Oh, these guys are slim! You have not paid the $250? No. I guess you didn't. You paid friggin $1500! What the hell??? I hate them. At least you got a letter stating it was "forgiven" (please.....). Keep that letter. Jerks.

Also, you need to dispute that Magnum Cash on your credit reports, big time. Dispute the living hell out of it and have it deleted off. I disputed mine on line with all 3 credit bureus. It was deleted off. Illegal debt.

I know, I couldnt believe it either! I wrote them back saying they didnt read the laws before they started their buisness and that I have sent a letter to my AG and I will get a refund if not sued! What a bunch of creeps!
I will definitely dispute that charge on my credit report! It wasnt until I got on this site that I knew all of this was illegal! You all are a Godsend!
