Vince Enterprise is an on line payday loan?

The 877 phone number is not working....how do you get ahold of these people to make them quit taking money out of your account?

They will not stop taking money out of your account because you tell them to. Actually that will only make them go in and take out more. These pay day loan companies are ruthless, and will stop at nothing. You need to close your account. It is the only way to stop them.

Basically this is how these online payday companies work (very different than the storefronts you can walk into) - you take the loan and they DO NOT take the action to pay it off evnetually. You have to do that. If you do not call three days before your service charge, you will automatically have your loan renewed and finances charges taken out. Hence, $90 will be taken out every two weeks (which unbeknownst to you, you agreed to with the acceptance of the loan). Unless you call them - which yes - its very difficult to find their numbers but usually its on your bank statement, they will continue to AUTOMATICALLY renew your loan for another finance fee of $90. The $90 HAS NOTHING TO DO with paying off your loan though. You still owe the $300. You have to call them and have them set a date to pay it off. Its tricky and manipulative and I have paid out the ying yang because I kept forgetting to pay it off - but I've used these kind of people twice (once was Vince Enterprises) and both times, once I actually realized what was going on, and paid off the loan it stopped.

The only one online I know of that does not act like this is Net Pay Advance - they withdrawal and pay off the loan as scheduled.

1)alot of us have called in the alloted time only to be told they don't recall us requesting the payoff.
2)if these companies are not licensed therefore illegal,every amount debited goes toward the debt.
3)that doesn't excuse the inhmane behavoir of them or there
