bennett and deloney now what?

i sent a dv letter to bennett and deloney requesting validation.. i did the online return recipt.. on the day they recived it.. benett and deloney called via there auto dialer i saved the voicemail.. can i sue benett and deloney.. cause they voliated 2 fdcpa laws.. not honoring a cease and disist and attempting to collect a debit when asked to validate any more violations?

I wouldnt think so, because it would be impossible to prove exactly what time they got it, and in either case, even if you could, you have to allow for the time it would take to be processed by the collection agency, and put into the system to effect the change, so that your number wont be called. If they called the next day, my answer would be completely different.
