Letter of Intent to sue a mortgage Company for Fraud.
Do you have a sample of a letter of intent, and maybe a court complaint sample that can be used to sue a mortgage company for fraud. Where as they qualified a person on a fixed income(Social Security Only) for an ajustable loan he could not afford. The Mortgage company failed to properly to due a debt to income ratio. By their greed they approved loans that otherwise should have been rejected thus causing persons to lose their homes due to forclosures. Their adjustable loans and their greed are responsible for a freind of mine losing his home. He is 72 years of age and was taken advandage of by a motgage companies greed and fraud. Before the loan, his home was free and clear. Now he may have to live in the streets.

Intent to sue for fraudulent receipt of oil and gas revenue
In 2002 I purchased all the remaining land from the other heirs of my wifes grandmother's estate. The purchase included all the mineral rights to an existing oil well on the property. I recently learned from the company which pays me for revenue from the well that one of the people we bought out is still receiving oil and gas revenue checks. How do I get that money back? Do I threaten to sue this person? Is there a "standard" letter I can send that will prompt them to pay or be sued? Thanks in advance for any help you can give me. TDJ
