Do not make any payment arrangement until you receive a proper debt validation form these people.

The debt collectors can't make harassing and threatening calls as it is against the fdcpa.

Hang in friend, someone, more informed than me, will surely drop in to help you with suggestions.

This is an illegal collection tactic used by payday lenders. Arrowhead is a collection agency for a number of payday lenders.

If you will take a moment to list the following info, we can help you get out of the cycle of payday lending:

-names of all lenders you are dealing with
-how much you borrowed from each one
-how much you have repaid to each one (including interest and fees)
-whether they are internet or storefront based

I'm also posting the state law for Texashere (just select your state), regarding payday loans for you:

I have to head off to work, but once you post that information, someone else here will be able to advise you on this issue.

Regarding the calls to your workplace, you may have no other choice but to go to your supervisor and perhaps the HR manager in your company and tell them you fell on hard times, took out a payday loan, and are now being harrassed by this company. See if they will help you get them to stop calling.
